l like ukraine pls adds ukrainan translate FarmersDelight-1.16.5-0.6.0

Hey there! Thanks for the translation, but I'm no longer updating the 1.16.5 version. I suggest changing this PR to the 1.18.2 branch, and changing to the new lang keys.

Hello again! Sorry, but another contributor ended up making a uk_ua translation for 1.18, and I merged that one instead. :(
