Logs don't appear

Hi

I emailed about this 2 days ago but got no response. I have a simple problem - some logs don't appear in the timber.io webapp that I am certain my app is sending to timber.io. The issue is unpredictable but happens often.

I am just wondering - is this a common experience for people using timber.io? I hope it's just because I am still on the Free Trial (I have to wait to upgrade 😕 ). Maybe when I am allowed to upgrade, it becomes fully reliable? Please confirm if this is the case.

We might be having similar problems, with logging and email support. We have 3 apps (elixir) with Timber and only 2 of them work. Tried creating new apps and logs don't show up even though the test-the-pipes command works.

For the new app, the test-the-pipes debugger showed output the first time, but not the subsequent times. The 2 working timber apps still work, but still haven't managed to get any new app source to work, using the same elixir codebase.

We have had issues with the timber UI not working at all (500 server errors) and we have emailed them about it. But got no response. Initially I thought this was because of us being in the Australia timezone, but maybe there is something else going on.

I am using https://logflare.app/ for my Gigalixir-deployed apps. There is a video in that thread which shows how to set up logflare as a gigalixir "sink" extremely quickly (it took me 30 seconds).
