Add workspace support

This is a great extension, I have used it consistently. Please add support for workspaces into the plugin. Currently, when I start a new feature, it will use whatever the top repository is in the workspace, instead of using the selected one, or prompting which repository to use from the workspace.

look like vscode not support change working directory in the workspace right now. it always show top repo branch instead of current working directory or file.

This is blocking issue to use this plugin in my multi-folder workspace.

@asux sorry that this issue has sat for so long. I've been wrapped up in CMake Tools stuff (which is also missing multi-folder support).

None of the Gitflow extensions support multiple repositories. Sigh!
