Port Project to Avalonia (Linux, Mac, Windows.)

Port IPS Peek to Avalonia

This will allow IPS Peek to run on any platform supported by Avalonia, including Linux, Mac, and Windows.

Tasks Required

  • Use AvaloniaHex for the hex viewer: https://github.com/Washi1337/AvaloniaHex
  • Use latest .NET 8.0 LTS release
  • Use ReactiveUI
  • Keep features identical to current release (as of Jun 28, 2024.)
  • Redesign UI for a more modern, simplified look.

Release planned before end of 2024.
