Strange (non-existing) location ID

Hi,

location_id : 1686 is non-existing, and it is referenced by 48 sequences. Same for 4159 (236 sequences). I don't know since when it is there.

Your script creating new location id may be buggy (1685 appearing two times, then skipping 1686), some location_id at parent level are repeated at child level, some are not, no idea why.
