Decimales VET and VTHO

Describe the bug Hello, VET and VTHO decimals have remained in my wallet.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I made a transaction of my entire amount to the BINANCE exchange
2. I noticed that I had 0.02 VET and 0.15 VTHO left in my wallet.
3. Necesito dejar a cero mi billetera, y si no es posible, congelar esos decimales para no general recompensas
4. I need to zero out my wallet, and if it is not possible, I want to freeze those decimals so as not to generate rewards, because my goal is to block that wallet, and prevent that amount from growing,

Actual result: Please add screenshots if needed

Expected result: I need to zero out my wallet and if this is not possible I need this amount to not generate rewards because I want to close this wallet. I don't want it to generate VTHO. That I have to do? I don't understand why he didn't move my entire balance, if it was what I had indicated in the transaction
