can't open wallet nano s through synq. on LINUX. it gets stuck on "navigate to Vechain app , step 3 but does not go to step 4 ; getting account info. On Windows it does show it. Anybody know how I could fix this please? ANYBODY CAN HELP OR WHY DOES THIS THREAD EXIST???

hi @koekoeloekoe , please re-import your ledger device again. the reason step 3 doesn't go through is that the address on your ledger device and the address in Sync are mismatched
