Can not transfer VET from VeChain Sync app to my ledger Nano X

I need your help guys, if you can please.

Since vault.veforge.com is closed I am not able to access my VET coins. I download the Sync app and linked to my ledger account which created 5 new VET addresses (none of them actually matching my real VET address from Veforge vault) but I can not transfer the coins. I am only able to see the coins unders "My Tokens" as observe wallet so it does not allow me to transfer from there to the ledger wallet,

Help please... I am an early investor for VET and want to recover the coins.

Based on the information provided, Please make sure you connect the Ledger hardware wallet that holds the private keys (mnemonic words)associated with the address. or you can try to restore from recovery phrases

hi thanks for your comment and suggestion. Mu problem is I was never able to store my VET to mu forst Nano S, since there was not enough space to download more than 3 coins (I was dolding my BTC, ETH and XRP on it at that time) so the coins were left on veforge vault therefore I dont remember any private key, mnemonic words while transferring the VET from Binance to Veforge vault. All info I have is my VET address. It is very annoying, especially finally when the world starts to understand the importance of VET and what VET can do and ofciurse the increase in value.

Unfortunately, if you do not have the private key or mnemonic words of your ledger device, you cannot access your address.

According to veforge tutorial, it mentioned that :

I have the mnemonic words of my ledger device, but I was not able to link my VET with my ledger device when I had my Nano S due to space issue. Now I bought a new Nano X and have the VET installed there
