Can not transfer VetChain coins from local wallet

I transfered my vechain to the local wallet I created in Sync. When I try to transfer it out and into my ledger it says insignificant engery and the transaction is dropped.

it means that your wallet doesn't have enough VTHO to cover the transaction fee.

how do we acquire VTHO to complete the transfer? I'm having the same problem. did anyone resolve this?

I have also similar Problem with VET Transfer from VechainSync Wallet in combination with nanoledger X - unsufficient energy - by the way when I try to transfer 200VET shit shoult be enought should it ??
