Describe the bug Sync crashes/exits on system sleep

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch Sync
  2. Tell Windows to sleep

Actual result: Sync is not running when Windows comes out of sleep

Expected result: Sync remains running

Desktop OS : Win10

Sync Version: 1.2.6
