Exception thrown for Requirement.buildNPM("1.0.0-setup-20220428123901")

If you run Requirement.buildNPM("1.0.0-setup-20220428123901") an exception is thrown, however, if you run Requirement.buildStrict("1.0.0-setup-20220428123901"), it works OK.

@segovia if you are still interesting, I've made copy of this lib and fix bug reported by you. Look for version 2.0.1
