MtApi.MtExecutionException error

I keep having this error in a remote server, but when I'm using my own computer, there's no issue.

There is very small information to understand the problem. Can you provide me some additional information:

• what version of MtApi.dll and MtApi.ex4 ?
• are you calling only one GetOrder function or some another functions have been called before?
• can you collect log files from folders: %temp%\MtApiClient %temp%\MtApiService and send me them to email ([email protected])
