Is there a way to control the number of charts that are shown at the PDF report generated by dia-nn-plotter.exe?

We observed that the GUI-genreated PDF has other charts than the Command-line-generated PDF. For instance, we can see this chart at the GUI but not command line:

The command line we used is:

C:\DIA-NN\1.8.1\dia-nn-plotter.exe "Z:\2023MK018.output.stats.tsv" "Z:\2023MK018.output.tsv" "Z:\2023MK018.pdf"
