Dear Vadim I performed a DiaNN analysis on my MDA-MB-231 vesicular protein samples. However, at the end of the identification process, my protein group file was empty, even though I observed that it identified precursors that did not correspond to proteins. I'm really not sure what the issue is, so if you have any suggestions please, they would be welcome. Attached is the report.
