No data in matrix file despite of main report shown : DIA-nn

Hi DiaNN team,

I ran DiaNN search using library from Fragpipe and diaPASEF (.d) were used as input. When, the programme run and got the results.

Below is main report file (I can see relevant data, proteins, PG.Quantity etc ).

However, in pg_matrix; I did not see any information of matrix as attached.

my log file as.attached report.log.txt

Do you have any suggestions for this?

No proteins identified at 1% global protein FDR. Solution: apply less strict global protein FDR filter based on the main report.
