Unknown modification in spectral library

Hello Vadim,

I tried to load a spectral library from this repository: https://github.com/ZiluYe/Glyco-DIA These are generated spectral libraries with glyco modifications from Spectronaut.

When I try to search against this spectral library I always get the ERROR message below:

ERROR: C:\diann\src\diann.cpp: 2749: unknown modification: HexNAc(1)NeuAc(1)

How can I fix the problem to use this spectral library?

Hi Stella,

I guess switching Library generation to 'IDs, RT and IM profiling' will fix this.
