Hello, thank you for your contribution. Does diann's output contain all the ionic Density?

And if I want to run again with. quant files, how can I specify which. quant files to use?

What is ion density? You just specify the respective raw files and check the 'Use .quant files' checkbox.

That is, the fragment ion intensity in the secondary spectrum. Because I didn't see it in all the output files.Besides, will dia-nn output the ion intensity of other non-main chains except b/y ions?
