Hi all, I have a issue with PASEF .d files that I have and I want to generate a library. As you can see in the image below the program 0 library precursors in the file, but the file has more than 100000 library precursors when I use the spectranaut. I would like to know how I can solve this issue, I think that maybe my library was not generated because my DIA-NN parameters are configured incorrectly.
