Stats output report

Hi Vadim,

I wonder if you could explain what the columns MS1.Signal and MS2.Signal in the output 'Stats' report from DIA-NN (apart from the ID numbers) mean?. I did not find any explanation in the README.

Hi Marc,

These are sums of all peaks (centroided) intensities in MS1 and MS2 spectra, respectively.
