Peptide length lower limit ignored?

It appears that lower limit on peptide length is ignored - seems to be set at 7 regardless of value set (log reports change). Thanks

After restarting - increasing (to 8) worked but decreasing (to 5) did not.

Yes, I think 7 is hard-coded as the minimal limit.

Dear Coyak2 and Vadim, Just wondering if one of you found a way around this limitation. I find DIA-NN a powerful tool but for a specific application I am trying to tease out phosphorylation on 5/6 amino-acid long peptides. Thanks for the amazing tool and for any helpful responses you may be able to provide. Best wishes, Nicole
