Align RT to defined scale

Hi, Is it possible to make DIA-NN to output library retention times aligned to particular RT scale? I wish to use several libraries for one quantification. Is it possible to generate new library for each of existing libraries and somehow force outputs to have identical RT scale regardless of scale in the input library, so created libraries can be used together for final quantification?

Hi Artur, this can be done in R using loessFit fucntion from the limma package, to align different libraries RT scales. For example, can align them to the scale DIA-NN's in silico predicted libraries use.
