the number of threads and the actual CPU occupied are inconsistent

Hello, I am new to using DIA-NN. The log file showed the below message:

DIA-NN 1.8.1 (Data-Independent Acquisition by Neural Networks) Compiled on Apr 15 2022 08:45:18 Current date and time: Thu May 16 05:09:21 2024 Logical CPU cores: 96 Thread number set to 1

However, it's weird when I took a look CPU%, CPU% showed 100%, I only had this one DIA-NN script run in my server. The cpu% should be Thread_number/Logical_CPU_cores=1/96, but it's not. I don't want to run a DIA-NN script to use up my cpu core. How can I do that?
