It would be useful to add a cities endpoint to the API (#74), listing the cities known.
When selecting Netherlands and Swift, then also someone from the US will show in the list. See the number 2 in this screenshot:
I've encountered http://github-awards.com/users/dimazniawan and http://github-awards.com/users/madluay appearing on http://github-awards.com/users?utf8=%E2%9C%93&type=city&language=ruby&city=Cimahi , but https://github.com/dimazniawan and https://github.com/madluay are 404. So , I assume they have renamed or deleted their account, but dont know how...
