Incorrect ranking by country

Hi! I noticed an issue months ago and was waiting for you to fix it but it's still there so I searched how to tell you! Anyway there's incorrect country ranking in my case I'm from Egypt and in Egypt ranking, I found there are many people from Sri Lanka appearing on the page as you can see Here.

Any plans to fix this?

I think this is a common problem related to relocation of persons. Also the Dutch ranking will show incorrect users. (see numbers 6 on row 3, 55 on row 8 and 5 on row 17). I now from one of them has lived in the Netherlands 4 years ago but now lives in the US. It shows his US ranking on the Dutch page.

The same issue found URI http://git-awards.com/users?utf8=%E2%9C%93&type=country&language=ruby&country=Portugal

top1 user has rank 10 and currently he is not in Portugal.
