Czech republic and Czechia are the same country

The official name for Czech republic was recently changed to Czechia, so there are two lists for Czech republic and Czechia each containing different developers/companies (not totally different, but only some). It might be that Github is storing different value for old account? (It is just an idea, it did strange things for my account until I saved my profile once again.)
