  1. Conan (conan.io) - for Windows and Mac
  2. Pacman - for MXE
  3. MSYS - for Windows

cpack+nsis really annoying thing. I was also having a hard time to fix it while adding Intel TBB

@nullkiller yes. Sorry to abuse CI, I do not have Windows yet. But I promise to fix it. Is MXE build works from this PR?

CI is free and unlimited, thanks to Microsoft. I will check tomorrow MXE build.
