Allow anyone to view finished public games forever

I want to analyze previous games, so I can improve, but I'm sad because they disappear after awhile.

It would be nice if they were saved and easy to find. It would also be nice if I could view any public game, not only games where I was a player.

I am mostly focused on being able to see how the game ended. Something like a "public archive" more than a "turn-by-turn replay."

If no chat from the game is saved, that's okay.

Definitely something on the long term to-do list. Will need to see if we have the resources and time to do this.
