Add "AFK" indication in Online Player List

Related to #49 - Player Statuses

Add an some sort of indicator to a player's name name in the "Online Player List" when they haven't had any activity (no msg sent to server) in the past X minutes (30?). Ideas for representing this:

  • Add the text "Inactive"
  • Apply a icon that represents afk/snoozing
  • Change the font/color/style to either italics/strikethrough/grayed out
  • Make a whole new list of "Inactive Players List" below "Online Player List"
