OBJ files for SMPL_FEMALE, SMPL_MALE, and SMPL_NEUTRAL

I downloaded the with UV Map in the OBJ format. How can I customize female and male human models from there default body sizes and weights?

Can you please let me know where I can find the OBJ files for SMPL_FEMALE, SMPL_MALE, and SMPL_NEUTRAL?
