How to transfer SMPLX to SMPLH while transfering the shape of betas(1, 10) -> (1,16)

the shape of betas is not fixed, so is it possible to change the shape of betas while transfer SMPLX to SMPLH. Now I only get SMPLX parameters with betas(1,10), but I want to transfer SMPLX to SMPLH ,and the betas of SMPLH is (1,16). Or I must get SMPLX parameters with betas(1,16)? I can't change the shape of betas while changing SMPLX to SMPLH?
