How to install VPoser Homogenus with higher version of torch and tensorflow?

Hello, I can't install the dependency pkgs of

VPoser
Homogenus

They all require specific versions of torch and tensorflow. I get higher version on my local machine. Is there a way to install them in this case?
Do I have to downgraded all the torch and tensorflow pkgs to their specific version to continue? I think most times, higher version (without major version changes) suppose to be compatible, right?
