The mailcatcher can't receive mail when sending multi-byte characters. The mailcatcher can receive mail when sending single-byte characters.
I've tried the following versions
- mailcatcher 0.7.1 / PHP 7.0.26 / WordPress 5.5
- mailcatcher 0.7.0 / PHP 7.0.26 / WordPress 5.5
