Connect to USB Keyboard

Hi, I want to connect the yd-esp32-s3 board to a USB keyboard via the USB-C port instead of the pin 19-20. Do you have the library for it ? The connection USB-OTG near the port has to be connected for this purpose ? I am using Arduino IDE (sketch)
