Blockscout provides Rust smart-contract microservice now. Please advise Palm instance maintainers to start using it https://docs.blockscout.com/for-developers/information-and-settings/smart-contract-verification, if the issue is still present.
Starting from [v5.1.0](https://github.com/blockscout/blockscout/releases/tag/v5.1.0-beta) Blockscout uses `callTracer` instead of custom JS tracer for fetching of internal transactions. This should resolve the issue. Please let me know, if it still present.
