Is sqlite3 or even better sqlitebrowser opening the db fine?

I don't think whapa (or for that matter anything else for now) would decrypt these. [This](https://github.com/ElDavoo/WhatsApp-Crypt14-Crypt15-Decrypter/issues/20) is the only place that even has it on the roadmap, kind of.

What's the status here? I presume there isn't a complete roadblock as the issue is still open, but where it got stuck and is there anything we can do to...
