Thumbnails not updated when files are modified

Well, I was changing exif date for some photos, then deleted old files and uploaded modified ones to the same folder and filenames. So when I go to yaga and use "focus" feature in category view, I see the images duplicated (one for old date file, and one for the new modified date). Refreshing or restarting the app doesnt fix it.

After clearing the yaga cache, thumbnails are regenerated and then I can see only one copy in the correct date.

That looks like a bug in the merge algorithm, thx for reporting. This will also be fixed when #77 is implemented and the merge strategy was changed.

Currently, I am not sure when I will have time for this, I hope it is not urgent.
