New feature request: add lua support for sos-notebook

Hello.

I just noticed that there is a lua kernal for jupyter notebooks:

I'd like to request lua support for that kernal from sos-notebook as sos-notebook doesn't currently support lua.

No particular LUA kernal needed but xeus-lua looked like the newest and adds the nice feature of being able to use xeus-widgets
