XO-Lite - add link to Weblate next to language selector in Settings

Hello, would it be possible to let users know in direct manner, that if their language is missing (or translation is incomplete / has deficiencies), that it is super-easy to fix it by themselves? All what should be needed is just to add link to http://translate.vates.tech/engage/xen-orchestra/ as depicted in this mockup:
