Batch warm migration button on lists

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We sometime wants to transfer many VMs from one cluster to another and if CPU gen is different, it's not possible to do a live-migration.

We can use the warm migration button on each VM but it takes time if you have dozen of them to migrate.

Describe the solution you'd like A solution would to be to have a warm migration in the multi-select action dropdown :

This would parallel run warm migration tasks.

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A

Additional context There might be choices to make about "Warm Migration" options (delete source, start new, destination SR).
