Windows: Bootstrap dist directory copy should be called bootstrap

In Chapter 10, page 208, just before listing 10-1, since Windows does not support soft links, the book says that the directory node_modules/bootstrap/dist can be copied to the static directory under the project folder. The destination directory should be called bootstrap, this fact is missed out. The text should read thus:

Alternatively, you can copy the entire dist directory under the Bootstrap library into the static directory, and rename the copied directory as bootstrap.
