No warning for removal of already configured nginx sites

sudo rm -rf /etc/nginx/sites-available/*
sudo rm -rf /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/*

This part of the script (and more) should not be there, those should at least be backed up, and not just removed forecefully without any warning.
