this code is perfect and working well on every device but can we change wallpaper over time (next every 15 minutes) and can we remove the notification. Also check this application this application have the feature to change wallpaper according time and without any sticky notification

@Orgdevelopers I need to make an app for background service that will run every 5 minutes. If the app is closed, then the functionality will work in every 5 minutes. If the mobile will be restarted, then that service will run perfectly in every 5 minutes. I don't need a notification bar for that.
