devnagari vowel symbols appear without consonent too

in devnagari script vowel sign don't have any meaning without consonant and no vowel sign needed to vowel letter. varnam ne and hi have problem that vowels typed after letter always changes to vowel sign even consonant have already have vowel sign . examples with nepali scheme: maailaa => मािला expected माइला dui => दुि expected दुइ malaai => मलाि expected मलाइ

@subins2000 i have created a python script to make nepali vowel consonant and vowel signs combination to generate fcitx table. here is script. output format is: ko को kau कौ kM कं kMM कँ kH कः Kaa खा Ki खि Kee खी Ku खु Koo खू KRi खृ

i don't have idea about ruby scripts how vst file is made. i think python can do that.
