The cursors seem to not be correctly spaced

I'm using oreo cursors but I note that they should have an invisible border or wrong edges since they seem to touch an element even if they are not over them. For example:

Look this last image. Despite I'm not touching the "minimize" button with the apex of the cursor, it seems to be "touched". Please fix.
