Keyboard controls for the colour picker

A colour picker was added in #68. However, there are currently no keyboard controls for changing colours, primarily because I couldn't work out a convenient method for editing and selecting colours from the keyboard. quiver is intended to support full keyboard controls, so I'd like to figure out how to make this work smoothly.
