AFAIK with Firefox using Cmd with extension keyboard shortcuts is not possible.

Only keyboard shortcut with 1PasswordX I see is Cmd+Period which is used as a "Activate extension". It's a different thing.

The DOM is loaded in the tab but all fields are not visible until animations are finished. It's a common problem with many pages. Still, I cannot reproduce the problem....

The question is: how we can distinguish those second password fields from the main one? How do we know when it's not ok to fill it?

That check could be done that it doesn't override the password if there's some text already present.
