Essentially, treat field values as an additional level below field names.

Needs a cutoff though, i.e. conflate all values below a certain percentage threshold (10% maybe) under "others". Otherwise, each _id value will get its own line in the report ;-)

Interesting for things like "this field is a sort of enumeration". E.g. we have a "status" field that may be null, "approved", or "rejected", but other values may exist as outliers as well.
