As the title says. Trying to install with latest ubuntu package (noble) gives the following error:
@pabloh84 Ubuntu Noble is 24.04. The Ubuntu version in the title is 24.10.
I couldn't find neither *.deb install binaries, nor a PPA for Ubuntu 24.04 (Noble).
Ubuntu 22.04 (Jammy) reaches end of life this month, and the current LTS is 24.04 (Noble). I hope there will soon be klogg binaries for Ubuntu 24.04 and the PPA will be updated as well.
Ubuntu Noble is 24.04. The Ubuntu version in the title is 24.10.
@akwala, I am well aware of that but, traditionally, using the package closest to your distribution would suffice.
The purpose of this issue is to make @variar aware of a change in how some Qt packages are distributed between 24.04 and 24.10.
Indeed I solved my issue locally by manually editing the .deb package to make it look for the appropriate dependencies
I couldn't find neither *.deb install binaries, nor a PPA for Ubuntu 24.04 (Noble).
Latest stable release of klogg was 22.06 (https://github.com/variar/klogg/releases/latest), so you won't find noble release there.
You should look instead the continuous release (https://github.com/variar/klogg/releases/tag/continuous-linux). There you will find a noble package if you are still interested.
