[Highlighters]: highlighters and highlighters sets labels are being replaced on order changing

OS: Windows 10 LTSC 2021 (version 21H2) x64 Klogg: 22.06.0.1288

Steps: 0. Create several highlighters sets and several highlighters inside one of them - OK;

1. Change the order of sets and highlighters inside one of them - NOK:
   1. Highlighter set that's being prioritized is replacing the labels of other sets with it's label;
   2. Same for highlighters, although it usually happens only on one prioritization.

Although labels are recovered by seecting them via mouse or keyboard, I accidentally deleted one set and highlighter 'cause I thought it was a duplicate

@variar , after #498 and moving to Qt5 build I don't remember this bug happening. Guess it's 'cause of Qt6 too

Thanks for testing. There are some hacks for mac. Looks like the break other systems.
