Feature Request: group predefined filters

It will be convenient if predefined filters can be grouped. we can group some predefined filters for one specific problem, selecting a group is easy while selecting some filter entries is cumbersome. Thanks.

Thanks for suggestion. Could you give more details? Do you want to put all the filters in a group to the search string all together? Or you want to restrict which predefined filters are available in the dropdown to be only from selected group? A screenshot of current ui with suggested changes would be helpful.

then, display corresponding filter groups in the dropdown which are selectable just like single filter entry.
